Meet Your Yoga Instructor

Hey, I’m Jess!

Roots

  • Busy momma passionate about self-care.

  • First-time mom to the coolest lil’ dude.

  • Wife, dog-mom, and nature-enthusiast.

  • Chicago native. Appalachian living.

  • Sarcasm with a side of tattoos.

  • A little gritty, a lotta hippie.

  • Desire to learn new things.

  • Plants and gardening are my jam.

  • Give me all the coffee, or pass me a cold one after hours.

  • Almost always outside: sitting on my back porch, hiking, somewhere in the sun, or near a body of water.

  • Going on a trip? Count me in.

Mission

My mission here at Wild Sage Yoga & Wellness, and with Wild Yogi Studio, is to create a safe and inclusive community of passionate, soulful women like you who are ready to ditch the rules, move with intention, and develop a sustainable self-care practice that fits their lifestyle - all while having a little fun along the way.

You get to show up exactly as you are, momma - good days and bad - and make your practice your own by meeting yourself where you are. No pre-requisites, and no guilt for putting yourself first. Because self-care is not selfish.

Let’s build a sustainable self-care practice, together.
